Let's get fast, shall we? We call this speed play. 
w/u 10 minute jog
Five rounds:
2 minutes hard, one minute jog
Active recovery: 5 minute jog
Five more rounds:
2 minutes hard, one minute jog
Active recovery: 3 minute jog
Three rounds:
2 minutes hard one minute jog
c/d 10 minutes jog
