AIRFORCE 
for time 
20 Thrusters 
20 Sumo High Pulls 
20 Push Jerks 
20 Overhead Squats 
20 Front Squats 
On the minute every minute perform 4 burpees until done 
Advanced - barbells: men 95lbs, ladies 65lbs 
If you do not have access to a barbell you can use dumbells, kettlebells, a sand bag, a stone. Challenge yourself!


Endurance: 3 mile run
