Today we recovered. As promised, Monday will be a bear - literally. 
w/u 10 minutes of jump rope
3 rounds:
1 mile run 
200m of bear crawling (see video) directly to 200m sprint
c/d 800m jog
Not tough enough? Weighted vest/pack optional.
Too tough? Take your time. Form is important on the bear crawls.
