We ran long today, tomorrow we attack our upper body.
200 regular push ups
200 tricep push ups
200 wide push ups
200 pull ups
Not hard enough for you? Add a weighted vest and keep time. 


Feel free to spread it out throughout the day if needed, but shoot for these numbers.
