Who from The Beast still recalls those 50 pound sandbags on that ridiculously steep pseudo trail? Here's how to prepare:

1 hour hike. Hills and more hills.

Carry 50+ pound object (sandbag, rock, log).

Get moving. This shouldn't be a stroll.

More awkward to carry the object the better for stronger upper body.
