Workout for the Day of July 5th, 2011

w/u : 1 mile

Cardio:  5k tempo run

The Crossfit Grace: Clean and Jerk 135 lbs 30 repetitions (adjust weight accordingly)

 


Why the Grace?  Well, tomorrow is Spartan Chicked Tuesday and you'll be introduced to Grace Cuomo Durfee...she was first female in the Death Race (4th overall), last year's Vermont Spartan Race female champ, and she's taking on the Beast in August!
