Yesterday was speed. Tomorrow is suffer. Enjoy the heat folks.

10 min w/u jog

100 burpees (you chose set/rep combo)
100 squats (weights optional)
4-8 mile run
100 lunges (weights optional)
100 burpees 

Any one gonna do it twice?
