WOD 6-19-11

Sometimes we can't find time to go to the gym, being stuck in the office. Sometimes the weather just isn't caring about our workout plans. So this is a time honored favorite of ours here at SR.

300 lunges
300 burpees
300 body weight squats

We've been known to do one exercise, get back on computer for 20 min, then do next, then back to computer, then next exercise :)

Try it while cooking dinner, too
