May 7 WOD:
1) w/u jump rope 10 minutes
2)20 plyo pushups with clap
3)20 jump squats (hands to the floor)
......4)20 curls, standing
5)20 overhead triceps, standing
6)20 plyo step ups (bench height)
7) single arm dumbbell clean with back lunge
*2 to 3 sets*
*5 minute cool down, bring heart rate down*
