Spartan WOD 5/6
1)W/U, 5 minute jog & 50 mt climbers
......2)50 military pushups
3)50 Oblique twists (seated)
4)Wall sit until failure
5)25 Spartan Pushups (burpees /squat thrust)
6)25 Plank - hands to elbows is 1 rep
7)50 Lunges
*Repeat 2-3 times
8)End workout with 2 mile jog at normal pace
