5-5-11 WOD
w/u 50 jumping jacks then quick jog

......main set
Hill repeats and/or stairs
Sprint up/walk down, 2 x 10-30 pushups
Sprint up/walk down, 2 x 10-30 crunches
Sprint up/walk down, 2 x 10-30 burpees
Optional: hang though for a couple more sprints

c/d light jog
