A favorite here @ Spartan HQ in Pittsfield!

Long run with 10 Spartan Push-ups (burpees) every mile, or 100 Spartan Push-ups every 10 miles. Long distance running does NOT equal a scrawny upper body!

Yesterday we ran fast. Tomorrow let's put some endurance under that speed!
