WOD 3-2-11

1-2 mile warm up jog with some strides (short fast intervals) to loosen up

.........5X100 meter sprints on 1 min recover

3 sets of 20-50 push-ups

5X200 meter intervals on 90 seconds recover

3 sets of 20-50 pushups

5X100 meter sprints on 1 min recover

Pushups to failure
