-4 x 80yards 45sec rest between sets 2min rest 6 x 60yards 35sec rest between sets

-8 x 40yards 30sec rest between sets

-10 x 20yards 25sec rest between sets
2min rest

-focus on running full speed
finish up with 100 long arm crunches
