Thursday WOD

Sprint Workout
......
10 suicides in 10 minutes followed by:

50 yard sprints, sets of 10
-Elite 5 sets
-Expert 4 sets
-Intermediate 3 sets
-Beginner 2 sets

Finish with:
-2 minute jump-rope
-50 push-ups for time
-100 sit-ups for time
