WOD:
20 minute jump rope w/u
run 1-2 m tempo
5 x 30-40 lunches with free weights in hands
......3 x 10-30 push-ups
run 1-2 m tempo
5 x 30-40 calf raises w/free weights
3 x 10-20 pull ups
5 x 30-40 squats, free weight of barbell
run 1-2 m cool down
