Spartan 1500: completed in under 1 hr no more than 3x a week.

300 Jumping jacks (warmup)
......100 B/W squats
100 curls
100 triceps
200 individual leg raises laying on back
100 jumping squats
100 pull ups or pull downs
100 dips with assistance or not
100 individual straight leg raises
100 jumping lunges
100 burpees
100 side kicks (50 each leg)
5 min plank.
